By downloading, installing, or using the Goon Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Goon Tracker is a personal tracking and analytics application that allows users to monitor their personal activities and habits. The App includes both free and premium subscription features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Goon+ Subscription

• Available as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions
• Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings

4.2 Pricing

• Monthly subscription: $2.99/month
• Annual subscription: $14.99/year (equivalent to $1.25/month)
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
